Job Opening (Project based)
Career Advisor
Sculpture Japan are seeking a professional Career Advisor on a project basis. You will receive comprehensive training and will provide career advice/consultation to employee members of customer organizations.
* To start you will will receive training (you will be paid for this also) on how to conduct a career consulting session with participants
* Meet with participants and conduct career planning sessions in Japanese
* Create detailed session notes
* Feedback session with Sculpture Japan
Requirements:
* Must have fluency in Japanese and ability to conduct professional communication through English
* Experience in an HR/career advisory role would be a plus
* Experience in a professional working environment and communicating with management
* Ability to analyze career paths and identify areas for growth, and advise on strategic career opportunities
* Flexible schedule to fit in 1-2 half days on site with client in a given month
Training will take place in central Tokyo, and projects will run 1-2 half days per month in central Tokyo.
